Common questions

• What is free, and what does The Full Hollow unlock? The prologue is free: the meadow sanctuary, three cats, the ladder up to Garden Sanctuary, and one cat's whole arc seen through to thriving. The Full Hollow is a single one-time purchase that opens the other four sanctuaries, the rest of the ladder, the remaining furniture families, and a gate that keeps opening for as long as there is room. There is no subscription, no advertising, and nothing for sale that touches a cat's food, needs, or behaviour. Family Sharing is supported.
• How do I restore a purchase? Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, or use the Restore button in the Office shop. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
• Is my sanctuary backed up? Everything is stored on your device only; the app has no cloud sync. If you want your sanctuary to survive a device change, back up your phone through iCloud or your computer as you normally would.
• Where do my photos go? Photo mode saves a picture to your Photos library when you tap Save. The app only ever asks for permission to add photos, never to read them.
• How do I start over? Open Settings and tap Start over. This permanently deletes the whole save and begins again from nothing.
• What is the playtest switch? Record playtest events, in Settings, is off by default. On, it keeps a log of game events on your phone and nowhere else. Nothing is sent anywhere; you can export it yourself if you want to share it with us, and turning it off deletes it.
